Coco-NUTTY Granola




How can anyone spend money on something sugary and factory-made when you can easily make granola as healthy and tasty as this yourself?

This granola has the perfect combination of sweet and salty with enough crunch and chew to be very satisfying.

Coconut Granola

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 135g rolled oats ( Use gluten free if needed)

  • 40g coconut

  • 50g almonds

  • 50g pecans

  • 12g coconut sugar

  • 80ml maple syrup

  • 50g dates, chopped

  • 1/2tsp salt

Method

-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (fan oven).

- Line a baking tray with tin foil or baking paper.

-Combine all the dry together so everything is evenly distributed.

-Pour in the maple syrup and stir so it coats everything.

- Scatter the granola onto the tray and bake until fragrant and golden. ( About 15 minutes ).

-Once ready, let it cool. Crumble it up and add in the date pieces. Store in an airtight jar or container.
