These are so warming to have on winter's day. Or you know, any day works too. I have tried so many apps pie spiced energy balls but they were either too spongey or too tasteless. Too dry or too squidgy. So I gave up and made my own . I got the proportions from a basic date ball recipe and then it was just adding until it was just right.

These are healthy, gluten free (Check the oats!) and no- bake. They're probably a bunch of other things but that'll do.
Whenever you get green eyes for a Kit Kat just STOP. And eat one of these. If they still don't satisfy you then fine you can eat the Kit kat. But first, just try one of these. Please.

Apple Pie Spiced Energy Balls
Serves: 12 balls
Ingredients
30g dried apple
3 medjool dates (approx. 45g)
25g oats
37g almonds,lightly toasted
1/2tsp cinnamon
1/4tsp all spice
1tsp flaxseeds (optional)
maple syrup, to taste ( optional )
Method
- No point in blabelling right? who has time for that anyway. Just stick everything in a blender and your good to go.
- This should make 12 30g balls. You can store them in a tub, refrigerated or not. They last forever basically. i'd recommend a month but you decide.
- Hope you like them!
