I'm back with a new recipe thats healthy, quick and full of flavour. With the mellow sweetness from the mango and a spicy kick from the chilli, this is a great idea for lunch or even dinner, served with noodles.

Preferably I like this dish in the summer as something to cool me down in the heat of the sun. When I was making this I thought: "Mm this seems a little plain, just a load of fruit and veg with beef but trust me, after getting all the wonderful flavours, you will bookmark this recipe.
